Chasm Lake |

Chasm Lake lies in the back country of Utah's Zion National Park, and after two foiled attempts to reach it when I was student at Deep Springs, I still hope to set foot on its rocky shore. This was my first shape note composition, inspired by a walk with a friend. The first and third verses are from Watts, the second is of my own making. |
